Each venue page has its own published rate where the venue publishes one.

Some people do a DIY version: bag up old crockery and glass, take it to a licensed recycling or scrap yard that permits it, and wear a full face shield, gloves and long sleeves. Never smash CRT screens, lithium batteries, aerosols, fluorescent tubes or anything sealed and pressurised. It isn't the same as a proper reinforced room, and most councils won't allow it on public land.
